Founder and CEO of HA Management & Consulting for more than 20 years, Angela Payne Guzman has positively represented the interests of municipalities and private companies in Atlanta, Georgia, throughout the US and abroad. Angela’s professional experience and expertise include business development, project financing, strategic B2B relationships, information technology & software,  public relations, and marketing.

Herb R. Guzman Jr.

Vice President

Co-Founder of HA Management & Consulting. Herb has established a solid 15-year record in Health and Wellness. His achievements also include developing new business and financial investment positions. Herb has developed strategic planning and budgets for municipalities and private-sector corporations with a keen focus on maximizing revenue and profitability.

Kathy Jones Irish

Consultant

For more than 30 years, Kathy Jones Irish has successfully represented the interests of municipal agencies and private companies before the City of Los Angeles and Los Angeles County. Kathy’s vast professional experience and expertise includes shaping public policy, transportation planning, engineering and construction, waste management, corporate philanthropy, water resources planning, infrastructure design engineering, strategic lobbying/marketing and business development.

Major General Cornell A. Wilson

(RET. USMC)    Consultant

Major General Cornell A. Wilson, Jr.’s last assignment was as the Commander of U.S. Marine Corps Forces South in Miami, Fl., and the Deputy Commander of U.S. Marine Corps Forces Command in Norfolk, Va., before retiring in 2010.
Major General Wilson's professional military education includes the Harvard
University Program for Senior Executives in National and International Security,
Marshall Center Senior Executive Seminar, NATO Defense College General and Flag Officer Course, Senior Information Warfare Application Course, Logtech Executive 7 Course, Revolution in Business Practices, National Defense University's Capstone Course, Naval War College's Strategy and Policy Course, and Amphibious Warfare School.
Major General Wilson serves as a consultant for government relations over
international capital projects. He completed a sales and marketing career with
Siemens ICN in January 2002.

With qualifications in Environmental Studies and Business Management, Dr. Abolo’s credentials include Executive Certificate in Strategic Finance from the Harvard Business School, membership of the American Academy of Management and membership of National Association of Environmental Management.  As a Doctor of Management with a specialization in Environmental & Social Sustainability, Dr. Paul Abolo has been successful in initiating and coordinating the change process involved in global eco-awareness, eco-efficiency, and eco-innovation.  Dr. Abolo’s capacity includes designing sustainable development initiatives for the facilitation of access to global climate change funding and technology support for developing nations.
